Copyright complaints
To report allegedly infringing content on cutgogo.net, email [email protected] with “Copyright notice” in the subject. Identify the copyrighted work and the precise URL of the material complained of; include your name, mailing address, telephone number and email, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature. You may also write to MEROVANT INTERNATIONAL INC at the company address.
Response and counter-notices
We review valid notices and may remove or restrict material on our service. If your material was removed in error, contact the same address with identification of the removed material and a statement explaining the mistake. Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, required identity, jurisdiction consent and sworn statements will be requested. We do not claim that this contact is a registered DMCA agent. We may restrict repeat infringers as applicable.
