The service and your agreement
These terms govern cutgogo.net, operated by MEROVANT INTERNATIONAL INC at 14143 DENVER WEST PARKWAY, GOLDEN, CO 80401, United States. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Contact [email protected] with questions. Using the editor agrees to these service terms; paid recurring charges require a separate affirmative checkout agreement.
What the editor provides
The browser editor supports media import, sequential clip editing, trim and split, titles, filters, stickers, a music track and local video export up to 1080p. Supported media codecs and export formats vary by browser. Export occurs in real time and requires the tab to remain open. Files are stored locally, not backed up by cutgogo. You are responsible for retaining source files and exported results.
Prices, trial and renewal
Annual pricing is US$99 USD for English/USD enrollment or ¥16,999 JPY for Japanese/JPY enrollment, including applicable taxes. A confirmed subscription has a 1-hour free trial, then one annual charge, and renews every year until canceled. The checkout must display the exact trial end and charge before consent. The card statement descriptor is CUTGOGO. Switching site language does not change an existing subscription. Enrollment is unavailable until a payment service is connected; merely browsing or editing creates no payment obligation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before the trial end to prevent the first charge or before renewal to prevent the next annual charge, through the billing portal or [email protected]. Timely cancellation emails are honored based on receipt time. Full annual-charge refunds are available within 30 days of each charge, without giving a reason. Your work and acceptable use
You retain rights to your uploaded media and creations. You must have the necessary rights to use every image, video, voice and music track. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, create illegal material, harass others, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access for unlawful use, subject to applicable law. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Availability, responsibility and disputes
We aim to keep the service usable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost local files; nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Colorado law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections in your place of residence. Contact support first to seek an informal resolution; these terms do not require arbitration or waive legally protected court rights.
Changes
We publish material changes with a new effective date. Changes to a paid price or renewal terms must be communicated before they apply; your current paid period is not retroactively repriced. If you do not accept a future renewal change, cancel before it takes effect.
