Your media stays local
The editor reads media you select and processes it in your browser. We do not receive uploaded media. Local project saving stores media and edits in IndexedDB on your device. Site preferences use localStorage. These remain until you delete them, clear browser data, or the browser evicts them. Keep a separate copy of your original files.
Information received by the service
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested URLs, device information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we receive your email, message and attachments. When subscription enrollment is enabled, the payment provider handles card details; the operator receives billing contact details, subscription status and transaction references, not full card details. This version includes no analytics or advertising trackers.
Purpose, retention and sharing
We use service and billing records to fulfill requests and contracts, protect the service, process refunds and meet legal obligations. We retain support conversations only as needed to resolve requests and billing records for applicable accounting requirements. Hosting, email and payment providers may process necessary data on our behalf, including outside your country. Automated support
Opening automated support loads its chat software from jsDelivr. Your messages, the website brand, language, page origin and normal connection information are sent to Typebot Cloud to provide preset replies. Editor media is not automatically sent to chat. No live agent is connected, and chat cannot access orders or process refunds or cancellations. Do not send passwords, card details or private media.
